Mission Statement

The purpose of Inclusive Pathways to Success (IPS) is to serve as a trade school for adults with differing abilities. Students from the ages 18 to 30 will learn foundational skills as well as soft skills to prepare for successful employment in the skilled trades. IPS pledges to leave our circle open to welcome young adults with a variety of disabilities, individuals with learning differences who benefit from explicit instruction and alternative teaching methods or people with differing abilities who may not be served by trade programs without trained support staff. IPS will teach students the hard and soft skills they need to work in trade apprenticeships, which will enhance their chances of gainful employment and connect them with potential opportunities upon completion of 1 or 2 years of study.
